HSPA9 encodes a member of the heat shock protein 70 gene family. Stress-70 protein mitochondrial is primarily localized to the mitochondria but is also found in the endoplasmic reticulum, plasma membrane and cytoplasmic vesicles. This protein is a heat-shock cognate protein. Stress-70 protein mitochondrial plays a role in cell proliferation, stress response and maintenance of the mitochondria. A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome 2.

The HSP A9 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive tool for the detection and quantification of Heat Shock Protein A9 (HSP A9) in various biological samples. This antibody is produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a specific region of the HSP A9 protein.

HSP A9 is a member of the heat shock protein family, which plays a crucial role in cellular stress response and protein folding. It is known to be involved in various cellular processes, including cell survival, apoptosis, and immune response. The HSP A9 Polyclonal Antibody recognizes the native and denatured forms of HSP A9, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, such as Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence.

This antibody exhibits high specificity and sensitivity, ensuring accurate and reliable results. It has been extensively validated in various experimental conditions and has shown excellent performance in detecting HSP A9 in different species, including human, mouse, and rat. The HSP A9 Polyclonal Antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation, allowing for easy handling and storage.

With its exceptional quality and performance, the HSP A9 Polyclonal Antibody is an indispensable tool for researchers studying the role of HSP A9 in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Its versatility and reliability make it an ideal choice for both basic research and clinical applications.
