HLA-DOB belongs to the HLA class II beta chain paralogues. This class II molecule is a heterodimer consisting of an alpha (DOA) and a beta chain (DOB), both anchored in the membrane. It is located in intracellular vesicles. DO suppresses peptide loading of MHC class II molecules by inhibiting HLA-DM. Class II molecules are expressed in antigen presenting cells (APC: B lymphocytes, dendritic cells, macrophages). The beta chain is approximately 26-28 kDa and its gene contains 6 exons. Exon one encodes the leader peptide, exons 2 and 3 encode the two extracellular domains, exon 4 encodes the transmembrane domain and exon 5 encodes the cytoplasmic tail.
The HLA-DOBeta Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and reliable tool designed for the detection and analysis of HLA-DOBeta protein expression. This antibody is produced through a rigorous process, ensuring its high affinity and sensitivity towards the target protein.
With its polyclonal nature, this antibody exhibits a broad reactivity, making it suitable for various applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry. Its versatility allows for the examination of HLA-DOBeta expression in different sample types, such as cell lysates, tissue sections, and whole blood.
The HLA-DOBeta Polyclonal Antibody offers exceptional performance, delivering accurate and reproducible results. Its superior specificity ensures minimal cross-reactivity with other proteins, guaranteeing reliable and precise data interpretation.
Furthermore, this antibody is manufactured under strict quality control standards, ensuring batch-to-batch consistency and reliability. Its long shelf life and stability make it an ideal choice for long-term experiments and storage.
In summary, the HLA-DOBeta Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for researchers and scientists in the field of immunology. Its high specificity, broad reactivity, and reliable performance make it an essential component for the investigation of HLA-DOBeta protein expression and its role in various biological processes.
