IKZF2 encodes a member of the Ikaros family of zinc-finger proteins. Three members of this protein family (Ikaros, Aiolos and Helios) are hematopoietic-specific transcription factors involved in the regulation of lymphocyte development. This protein forms homo- or hetero-dimers with other Ikaros family members, and is thought to function predominantly in early hematopoietic development. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene, but the biological validity of some variants has not been determined.
The Helios Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive antibody designed for use in various research applications. This antibody is produced using a polyclonal mixture of antibodies that target the Helios protein, a transcription factor that plays a crucial role in the regulation of T-cell differentiation and function. The Helios Polyclonal Antibody is purified using a proprietary process that ensures high purity and specificity, making it an ideal tool for detecting Helios expression in various tissues and cell types.
The Helios Polyclonal Antibody is validated for use in various applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry. It has been extensively tested for cross-reactivity with other proteins and has been shown to exhibit minimal cross-reactivity, ensuring accurate and reliable results. This antibody is also suitable for use in various species, including human, mouse, and rat.
The Helios Polyclonal Antibody is supplied in a convenient format, with various sizes available to suit different research needs. It is also provided with detailed instructions for use, ensuring optimal performance and reproducibility. With its high specificity, sensitivity, and versatility, the Helios Polyclonal Antibody is an essential tool for researchers studying T-cell differentiation and function.
