HCFC1 is a member of the host cell factor family and encodes a protein with five Kelch repeats, a fibronectin-like motif, and six HCF repeats, each of which contains a highly specific cleavage signal. This nuclear coactivator is proteolytically cleaved at one of the six possible sites, resulting in the creation of an N-terminal chain and the corresponding C-terminal chain. The final form of this protein consists of noncovalently bound N- and C-terminal chains. The protein is involved in control of the cell cycle and transcriptional regulation during herpes simplex virus infection. Alternatively spliced variants which encode different protein isoforms have been described; however, not all variants have been fully characterized.

The HCF1 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive antibody that has been designed to detect and quantify the HCF1 protein in various biological samples. This antibody has been extensively validated for use in a wide range of applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence.

The HCF1 Polyclonal Antibody has been produced using high-quality materials and state-of-the-art techniques to ensure maximum specificity and sensitivity. It has been purified using a combination of protein A and protein G chromatography, and has been extensively characterized to ensure that it meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

This antibody is suitable for use in a variety of research applications, including studies of gene expression, protein localization, and protein-protein interactions. It is also ideal for use in diagnostic assays and drug discovery programs.

Overall, the HCF1 Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for researchers and clinicians who are interested in studying the HCF1 protein and its role in various biological processes. Its high specificity, sensitivity, and versatility make it an essential component of any laboratory or research program.
