CYTH3 encodes a member of the PSCD (pleckstrin homology, Sec7 and coiled-coil domains) family. PSCD family members have identical structural organization that consists of an N-terminal coiled-coil motif, a central Sec7 domain, and a C-terminal pleckstrin homology (PH) domain. The coiled-coil motif is involved in homodimerization, the Sec7 domain contains guanine-nucleotide exchange protein (GEP) activity, and the PH domain interacts with phospholipids and is responsible for association of PSCDs with membranes. Members of this family appear to mediate the regulation of protein sorting and membrane trafficking. Cytohesin-3 is involved in the control of Golgi structure and function, and it may have a physiological role in regulating ADP-ribosylation factor protein 6 (ARF) functions, in addition to acting on ARF1.

The GRP1 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive immunological reagent designed for the detection and quantification of GRP1 protein in various biological samples. This antibody is produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal region of human GRP1 protein. The resulting polyclonal antibody exhibits high affinity and specificity towards GRP1 protein, making it an ideal tool for various applications such as Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA.

The GRP1 Polyclonal Antibody is purified using a combination of protein A and peptide affinity chromatography, ensuring high purity and minimal cross-reactivity with other proteins. This antibody has been extensively validated for its specificity and sensitivity, and has been shown to detect endogenous levels of GRP1 protein in various cell lines and tissues.

The GRP1 Polyclonal Antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative. It is available in various sizes to suit different experimental needs. This antibody is suitable for use in both research and diagnostic applications, and is an essential tool for studying the role of GRP1 protein in various physiological and pathological processes.
