FLI1 encodes friend leukemia integration 1 transcription factor containing an ETS DNA-binding domain. FLI1 can undergo a t (11;22) (q24;q12) translocation with the Ewing sarcoma gene on chromosome 22, which results in a fusion gene that is present in the majority of Ewing sarcoma cases. An acute lymphoblastic leukemia-associated t (4;11) (q21;q23) translocation involving this gene has also been identified. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

The Fli-1 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive antibody designed for the detection of Fli-1 protein in various biological samples. This antibody is produced using high-quality polyclonal antibodies that have been purified and validated for use in a wide range of applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence.

The Fli-1 Polyclonal Antibody is designed to recognize the Fli-1 protein, which is a member of the ETS family of transcription factors. This protein is involved in the regulation of various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. The Fli-1 protein is also known to play a critical role in the development of hematopoietic cells and the maintenance of normal blood cell function.

This antibody is produced using state-of-the-art techniques and is rigorously tested to ensure its specificity and sensitivity. It has been validated for use in a variety of applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. The Fli-1 Polyclonal Antibody is highly specific and does not cross-react with other proteins, ensuring accurate and reliable results.

In summary, the Fli-1 Polyclonal Antibody is a high-quality, specific, and sensitive antibody that is ideal for the detection of Fli-1 protein in various biological samples. Its versatility and reliability make it an essential tool for researchers studying the role of Fli-1 in various cellular processes and diseases.
