SH3PXD2A is also named as FISH, KIAA0418, SH3MD1, TKS5. SH3PXD2A contains an amino-terminal PX domain followed by five SH3 domains. It is a cytoplasmic protein in normal fibroblasts (PMID: 19464300). The p140 and p130 forms of SH3PXD2A may be generated by other splice variations. The complexity of SH3PXD2A isoforms is also evident in different cell types. For example in human platelets a single band of 150kDa was detected, whereas all three forms were found in human fibroblasts and vascular smooth muscle cells (PMID: 9687503). his antibody is specific to SH3PXD2A.
The Fish Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive immunological tool designed for the detection and quantification of target proteins in fish samples. This antibody is produced by immunizing rabbits with a purified antigen derived from fish species, ensuring its high affinity and specificity towards fish proteins.
With its exceptional performance, the Fish Polyclonal Antibody offers researchers a reliable and accurate solution for various applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA). Its broad reactivity allows for the detection of a wide range of fish species, making it an invaluable tool for studies involving fish biology, aquaculture, and environmental monitoring.
The Fish Polyclonal Antibody is manufactured under stringent quality control measures to ensure batch-to-batch consistency and reproducibility. It is supplied as a ready-to-use liquid formulation, eliminating the need for time-consuming reconstitution. The antibody exhibits excellent stability, enabling long-term storage without compromising its performance.
Researchers can trust the Fish Polyclonal Antibody to deliver accurate and reliable results, enabling them to advance their understanding of fish biology and contribute to scientific advancements in various fields.
