The protein encoded by EDNRB (endothelin receptor type B) is a G protein-coupled receptor which activates a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. Its ligand, endothelin, consists of a family of three potent vasoactive peptides: eT1, ET2, and ET3. Studies suggest that the multigenic disorder, Hirschsprung disease type 2, is due to mutations in the endothelin receptor type B gene. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for EDNRB.
The ETBR Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive tool designed for the detection and analysis of endothelin B receptor (ETBR) protein expression. This antibody is produced using advanced immunization techniques, resulting in a high affinity and specificity towards ETBR.
The ETBR Polyclonal Antibody has been extensively validated for various applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. It exhibits exceptional performance in detecting ETBR in a wide range of samples, including human, mouse, and rat tissues.
With its superior sensitivity, this antibody allows for the detection of low levels of ETBR expression, making it an ideal choice for researchers working with limited sample quantities. Its robust performance ensures reliable and reproducible results, enabling accurate quantification and analysis of ETBR protein levels.
Furthermore, the ETBR Polyclonal Antibody demonstrates excellent specificity, exhibiting minimal cross-reactivity with other related proteins. This specificity ensures the accurate identification and characterization of ETBR, without any interference from non-specific binding.
The ETBR Polyclonal Antibody is supplied as a ready-to-use solution, eliminating the need for time-consuming and complex antibody preparation procedures. Its long shelf life and stability ensure consistent performance over an extended period, making it a cost-effective choice for laboratories and research institutions.
In summary, the ETBR Polyclonal Antibody is a reliable and efficient tool for the detection and analysis of ETBR protein expression. Its high sensitivity, specificity, and ease of use make it an invaluable asset for researchers in the field of molecular biology, pharmacology, and neuroscience.
