EPS8L2 encodes a member of the EPS8 gene family. The encoded protein (EPS8 like 2),like other members of the family, is thought to link growth factor stimulation to actin organization, generating functional redundancy in the pathways that regulate actin cytoskeletal remodeling.
The Eps8L2 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive antibody designed for the detection of Eps8L2 protein in various biological samples. This antibody is produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal region of human Eps8L2 protein. The antibody has been purified using protein A affinity chromatography and is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative.
The Eps8L2 Polyclonal Antibody has been extensively validated for its specificity and sensitivity in various applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. It recognizes a single band of approximately 100 kDa in Western blot analysis of human, mouse, and rat brain lysates. In addition, it shows strong staining of Eps8L2 protein in mouse and rat brain tissue sections in immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence assays.
This antibody is an essential tool for researchers studying the function and regulation of Eps8L2 protein in various biological processes, including neuronal development, synaptic plasticity, and neurodegenerative diseases. Its high specificity and sensitivity make it an ideal choice for detecting Eps8L2 protein in complex biological samples. The Eps8L2 Polyclonal Antibody is available in various sizes to meet the needs of different research applications.
