EPOR encodes the erythropoietin receptor which is a member of the cytokine receptor family. Upon erythropoietin binding, this receptor activates Jak2 tyrosine kinase which activates different intracellular pathways including: ras/MAP kinase, phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase and STAT transcription factors. The stimulated erythropoietin receptor appears to have a role in erythroid cell survival. Defects in the erythropoietin receptor may produce erythroleukemia and familial erythrocytosis. Dysregulation of this gene may affect the growth of certain tumors. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

The EPOR Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and reliable tool designed for the detection and analysis of the erythropoietin receptor (EPOR) protein. This antibody is produced using advanced techniques, ensuring exceptional quality and performance in various applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence.

The EPOR Polyclonal Antibody exhibits a high affinity for the EPOR protein, enabling accurate and sensitive detection even at low expression levels. Its exceptional specificity ensures minimal cross-reactivity with other proteins, guaranteeing reliable and precise results.

This antibody is manufactured under stringent quality control measures, ensuring batch-to-batch consistency and reproducibility. It is supplied as a ready-to-use solution, eliminating the need for time-consuming and error-prone antibody preparation.

The EPOR Polyclonal Antibody is suitable for use in diverse research areas, including hematopoiesis, erythropoiesis, and cancer biology. Its versatility allows for the investigation of EPOR expression and localization in various cell types and tissues.

With its exceptional performance, reliability, and ease of use, the EPOR Polyclonal Antibody is an indispensable tool for researchers and scientists seeking to unravel the complexities of EPOR biology and its implications in various physiological and pathological processes.
