EFNA4 encodes a member of the ephrin (EPH) family. The ephrins and EPH-related receptors comprise the largest subfamily of receptor protein-tyrosine kinases and have been implicated in mediating developmental events, especially in the nervous system and in erythropoiesis. Based on their structures and sequence relationships, ephrins are divided into the ephrin-A (EFNA) class, which are anchored to the membrane by a glycosylphosphatidylinositol linkage, and the ephrin-B (EFNB) class, which are transmembrane proteins. This gene encodes an EFNA class ephrin. Three transcript variants that encode distinct proteins have been identified.

The Ephrin-A4 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and reliable tool for the detection and analysis of Ephrin-A4 protein expression in various biological samples. This antibody has been extensively validated for its exceptional performance in immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), and western blotting (WB) applications.

The Ephrin-A4 Polyclonal Antibody is produced using state-of-the-art techniques, ensuring high purity and quality. It exhibits a strong affinity towards Ephrin-A4, enabling precise and accurate detection of this protein in both research and clinical settings.

This antibody offers numerous advantages, including its broad reactivity across multiple species, making it suitable for a wide range of experimental models. It demonstrates excellent sensitivity and specificity, allowing for the detection of even low levels of Ephrin-A4 expression.

The Ephrin-A4 Polyclonal Antibody is supplied in a convenient and ready-to-use format, eliminating the need for time-consuming preparation. It is provided in a liquid form, ensuring ease of use and minimizing the risk of sample contamination.

With its exceptional performance and reliability, the Ephrin-A4 Polyclonal Antibody is an indispensable tool for researchers and clinicians studying Ephrin-A4 protein expression and its role in various biological processes.
