EPHA1 belongs to the ephrin receptor subfamily of the protein-tyrosine kinase family. EPH and EPH-related receptors have been implicated in mediating developmental events, particularly in the nervous system. Receptors in the EPH subfamily typically have a single kinase domain and an extracellular region containing a Cys-rich domain and 2 fibronectin type III repeats. The ephrin receptors are divided into 2 groups based on the similarity of their extracellular domain sequences and their affinities for binding ephrin-A and ephrin-B ligands. This gene is expressed in some human cancer cell lines and has been implicated in carcinogenesis.
The EphA1 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and reliable tool for the detection and analysis of EphA1 protein expression in various biological samples. This antibody has been extensively validated for its exceptional performance in immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), and western blotting (WB) applications.
The EphA1 receptor belongs to the Eph receptor tyrosine kinase family, which plays a crucial role in cell signaling and regulation of various cellular processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and proliferation. Dysregulation of EphA1 has been implicated in numerous pathological conditions, such as cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and cardiovascular disorders.
Our EphA1 Polyclonal Antibody has been meticulously developed using high-quality immunogens and advanced purification techniques to ensure superior specificity and sensitivity. It exhibits minimal cross-reactivity with other Eph receptors, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
This antibody demonstrates exceptional performance in IHC, allowing for precise localization and visualization of EphA1 protein expression in tissue sections. It also exhibits robust staining in IF, enabling the examination of EphA1 distribution and co-localization with other cellular markers. Additionally, it shows excellent sensitivity and specificity in WB, facilitating the detection and quantification of EphA1 protein levels in cell lysates and tissue extracts.
The EphA1 Polyclonal Antibody is supplied as a ready-to-use solution, eliminating the need for time-consuming and complex antibody preparation procedures. It is available in various sizes to accommodate different experimental requirements.
In summary, the EphA1 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly reliable and specific tool for the detection and analysis of EphA1 protein expression. Its exceptional performance in IHC, IF, and WB applications makes it an invaluable asset for researchers studying Eph receptor signaling pathways and their involvement in various physiological and pathological processes.
