ECI2 encodes a member of the hydratase/isomerase superfamily. Enoyl-CoA delta isomerase 2 is a key mitochondrial enzyme involved in beta-oxidation of unsaturated fatty acids. It catalyzes the transformation of 3-cis and 3-trans-enoyl-CoA esters arising during the stepwise degradation of cis-, mono-, and polyunsaturated fatty acids to the 2-trans-enoyl-CoA intermediates. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.
The DRS-1 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive immunological reagent designed for the detection and quantification of DRS-1 protein in various biological samples. This antibody is produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal region of human DRS-1 protein. The resulting polyclonal antibody exhibits high affinity and specificity towards DRS-1 protein, making it an ideal tool for various applications such as Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA.
The DRS-1 Polyclonal Antibody has been extensively validated for its performance and reliability in detecting DRS-1 protein in various human tissues and cell lines. It has been shown to exhibit minimal cross-reactivity with other proteins, ensuring accurate and specific detection of DRS-1 protein. The antibody is supplied as a purified IgG fraction, which has been affinity-purified using a DRS-1 peptide column to ensure maximum specificity and purity.
The DRS-1 Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for researchers studying the role of DRS-1 protein in various biological processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Its high sensitivity and specificity make it an ideal reagent for detecting low levels of DRS-1 protein in complex biological samples. With its reliable performance and ease of use, the DRS-1 Polyclonal Antibody is an essential tool for any researcher studying DRS-1 protein.
