ARHGAP31 (Rho GTPase activating protein 31) encodes a GTPase-activating protein (GAP). A variety of cellular processes are regulated by Rho GTPases which cycle between an inactive form bound to GDP and an active form bound to GTP. This cycling between inactive and active forms is regulated by guanine nucleotide exchange factors and GAPs. The encoded protein is a GAP shown to regulate two GTPases involved in protein trafficking and cell growth.
The CdGAP Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive antibody designed for the detection of CdGAP protein in various biological samples. This antibody is produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal region of human CdGAP protein. The resulting polyclonal antibody exhibits high affinity and specificity towards CdGAP protein, making it an ideal tool for various research applications.
The CdGAP Polyclonal Antibody has been extensively validated for its performance in Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence assays. It has been shown to detect endogenous levels of CdGAP protein in various cell lines and tissues, and can be used for both qualitative and quantitative analysis of CdGAP expression.
This antibody is supplied as a purified IgG fraction, which has been affinity-purified from rabbit serum using protein A chromatography. It is provided in a liquid format, and can be easily stored at -20°C for long-term use. The CdGAP Polyclonal Antibody is a reliable and high-quality reagent that can be used for a wide range of research applications, including studies of cell migration, cytoskeletal dynamics, and cancer biology.
