MME encodes a common acute lymphocytic leukemia antigen that is an important cell surface marker in the diagnosis of human acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL). Neprilysin is present on leukemic cells of pre-B phenotype, which represent 85% of cases of ALL. This protein is not restricted to leukemic cells, however, and is found on a variety of normal tissues. It is a glycoprotein that is particularly abundant in kidney, where it is present on the brush border of proximal tubules and on glomerular epithelium. The protein is a neutral endopeptidase that cleaves peptides at the amino side of hydrophobic residues and inactivates several peptide hormones including glucagon, enkephalins, substance P, neurotensin, oxytocin, and bradykinin. This gene, which encodes a 100-kD type II transmembrane glycoprotein, exists in a single copy of greater than 45 kb. The 5' untranslated region of this gene is alternatively spliced, resulting in four separate mRNA transcripts. The coding region is not affected by alternative splicing.

The CD10 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive immunological tool designed for the detection and quantification of CD10 protein expression. This antibody is produced using advanced recombinant DNA technology, ensuring high purity and consistency in every batch.

CD10, also known as Neprilysin or Neutral Endopeptidase, is a cell surface metalloprotease that plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including cell differentiation, tissue remodeling, and immune response modulation. It is widely expressed in various cell types, including lymphocytes, epithelial cells, and endothelial cells.

The CD10 Polyclonal Antibody exhibits exceptional affinity and selectivity towards CD10, enabling accurate and reliable detection in a wide range of sample types, including tissue sections, cell lysates, and body fluids. Its high sensitivity allows for the detection of low levels of CD10 expression, making it an ideal tool for both basic research and clinical applications.

This antibody is validated for multiple applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry. It demonstrates excellent performance in these assays, providing clear and specific staining patterns with minimal background noise. Its versatility and robustness make it suitable for use in various experimental settings and research areas.

The CD10 Polyclonal Antibody is supplied in a convenient and ready-to-use format, ensuring ease of use and saving valuable time in the laboratory. It is provided in a liquid formulation, allowing for direct application without the need for reconstitution or additional preparation steps.

With its exceptional quality, specificity, and versatility, the CD10 Polyclonal Antibody is an indispensable tool for researchers and clinicians studying CD10 protein expression and its implications in various biological processes and diseases.
