BMP3 encodes a secreted ligand of the TGF-beta (transforming growth factor-beta) superfamily of proteins. Ligands of this family bind various TGF-beta receptors leading to recruitment and activation of SMAD family transcription factors that regulate gene expression. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate each subunit of the disulfide-linked homodimer. This protein suppresses osteoblast differentiation, and negatively regulates bone density, by modulating TGF-beta receptor availability to other ligands.
The BMP-3 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive tool designed for the detection and quantification of BMP-3 protein in various biological samples. This antibody is produced through a rigorous process of immunization using a purified recombinant BMP-3 protein, ensuring high affinity and specificity towards the target antigen.
The BMP-3 Polyclonal Antibody exhibits exceptional performance in a wide range of applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Its superior sensitivity allows for the detection of even low levels of BMP-3 protein, enabling accurate and reliable results.
This antibody is manufactured using state-of-the-art techniques and undergoes stringent quality control measures to ensure batch-to-batch consistency and reproducibility. It is supplied as a liquid formulation, ready for immediate use, eliminating the need for time-consuming reconstitution.
The BMP-3 Polyclonal Antibody is compatible with various sample types, including cell lysates, tissue homogenates, and serum, making it an ideal choice for researchers and clinicians working in diverse fields such as cancer research, developmental biology, and regenerative medicine.
With its exceptional specificity, sensitivity, and reliability, the BMP-3 Polyclonal Antibody is an indispensable tool for the accurate detection and quantification of BMP-3 protein, facilitating groundbreaking discoveries and advancements in the field of biomedical research.
