| Background: | CUGBP, Elav-like family member 1(CELF1) Homo sapiens Members of the CELF/BRUNOL protein family contain two N-terminal RNA recognition motif (RRM) domains, one C-terminal RRM domain, and a divergent segment of 160-230 aa between the second and third RRM domains. Members of this protein family regulate pre-mRNA alternative splicing and may also be involved in mRNA editing, and translation. This gene may play a role in myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1) via interactions with the dystrophia myotonica-protein kinase (DMPK) gene. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008], |

-
Western Blot analysis of various cells using CUG-BP1 Polyclonal Antibody diluted at 1:500 -
Western blot analysis of lysates from HeLa and HepG2 cells, using CELF-1 Antibody. The lane on the right is blocked with the synthesized peptide. -
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil. 1, Antibody was diluted at 1:200(4° overnight). 2, Tris-EDTA,pH9.0 was used for antigen retrieval. 3,Secondary antibody was diluted at 1:200(room temperature, 45min).
