TNNT2 monoclonal antibody

Troponin T is the tropomyosin-binding subunit of troponin, the thin filament regulatory complex which confers calcium-sensitivity to striated muscle actomyosin ATPase activity. Defects in TNNT2 are the cause of cardiomyopathy familial hypertrophic type 2 (CMH2), cardiomyopathy dilated type 1D (CMD1D) and cardiomyopathy familial restrictive type 3 (RCM3).
