Human LCA/CD45(Leukocyte Common Antigen) ELISA Kit

Human LCA/CD45 ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the quantitative detection of LCA/CD45 in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is based on the sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) principle, which utilizes two monoclonal antibodies specific to LCA/CD45. The capture antibody is coated onto the microplate wells, and the detection antibody is conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The LCA/CD45 standard or sample is added to the wells, and the LCA/CD45 in the sample binds to the capture antibody.

After washing away any unbound substances, the HRP-conjugated detection antibody is added, which binds to the LCA/CD45 captured by the capture antibody. Following another washing step, a substrate solution is added, which reacts with the HRP to produce a color change. The intensity of the color is proportional to the amount of LCA/CD45 present in the sample. The kit has a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL.
