Human JAK2(Janus Kinase 2) ELISA Kit

Human JAK2 (Janus Kinase 2) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the quantitative detection of JAK2 in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. The kit is based on the sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) principle, which utilizes two specific antibodies that bind to different epitopes of JAK2. The JAK2 standard and samples are added to the wells, and the JAK2 in the samples binds to the capture antibody. After washing away any unbound substances, the HRP-conjugated detection antibody is added, which binds to the captured JAK2. The excess detection antibody is washed away, and a substrate solution is added, which reacts with the HRP to produce a color change. The intensity of the color is proportional to the amount of JAK2 present in the sample. The kit has a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL.
