Human HPA(Heparanase) ELISA Kit

The Human HPA (Heparanase) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the quantitative detection of Heparanase in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is based on the sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) principle, which utilizes two specific antibodies that recognize different epitopes of Heparanase. The assay is performed in a 96-well microplate coated with a monoclonal antibody against Heparanase.

The sample is added to the wells, and Heparanase in the sample binds to the immobilized antibody. After washing away any unbound substances, a biotinylated polyclonal antibody specific for Heparanase is added to the wells. Following another washing step, streptavidin-conjugated horseradish peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. The HRP catalyzes the conversion of the chromogenic substrate, resulting in a color change that is proportional to the amount of Heparanase present in the sample. The absorbance is measured at 450 nm using a microplate reader. This kit provides a reliable and accurate method for the detection of Heparanase in human samples and is suitable for research and diagnostic applications.
