Human ADORA2a(Adenosine A2a Receptor) ELISA Kit

The Human ADORA2a (Adenosine A2a Receptor) ELISA Kit is a highly reliable and sensitive assay designed for the quantitative detection of ADORA2a in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is based on the sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) principle, which utilizes a monoclonal antibody specific to human ADORA2a coated onto a microplate.

The sample is added to the microplate, and any ADORA2a present in the sample binds to the immobilized antibody. After washing away any unbound substances, a biotinylated monoclonal antibody specific to ADORA2a is added to the microplate, which binds to the captured ADORA2a. Following another washing step, streptavidin-conjugated horseradish peroxidase is added to the microplate, which binds to the biotinylated antibody. Finally, a substrate solution is added to the microplate, and the color development is measured using a microplate reader. The concentration of ADORA2a in the sample is determined by comparing the optical density of the sample to a standard curve. This kit is highly specific, with no cross-reactivity with other human proteins. It is easy to use, with a short assay time of only 3 hours.
