The MOUSE TGF-Β1 ELISA KIT is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed to measure the levels of Transforming Growth Factor Beta 1 (TGF-Β1) in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. The MOUSE TGF-Β1 ELISA KIT is based on the sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) principle, which involves the use of two specific antibodies that recognize different epitopes of TGF-Β1. The first antibody is coated onto the microplate wells, where it captures the TGF-Β1 present in the sample. The second antibody, conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP), is added to the wells and binds to the captured TGF-Β1. The HRP catalyzes a colorimetric reaction that produces a signal proportional to the amount of TGF-Β1 present in the sample. The assay has a detection range of 15.6-1000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 7.8 pg/mL.

The kit includes all the necessary reagents and materials, including pre-coated microplate wells, TGF-Β1 standards, detection antibody, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody, substrate solution, stop solution, and a detailed protocol.
