Mouse IL-7(Interleukin 7) ELISA Kit

The Mouse IL-7 (Interleukin 7) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the quantitative detection of mouse IL-7 in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit utilizes a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) format, which allows for the accurate and precise measurement of mouse IL-7 levels in biological samples. The assay is based on the principle of a solid-phase sandwich ELISA, in which a monoclonal antibody specific for mouse IL-7 is coated onto a microplate.

The sample is then added to the microplate, and any mouse IL-7 present in the sample binds to the immobilized antibody. After washing away any unbound substances, a biotinylated monoclonal antibody specific for mouse IL-7 is added to the microplate, which binds to the captured mouse IL-7. Finally, an enzyme-linked streptavidin is added to the microplate, which binds to the biotinylated antibody.
