Applications: WB;ELISA
Reactivity: Human;Mouse;Rat
Source: Rabbit
Dilution: Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. ELISA: 1/20000. Not yet tested in other applications.
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human CACNG7. AA range:198-247
Storage_stability: -20°C/1 year
Clonality: Polyclonal
Isotype: IgG
Concentration: 1 mg/ml
Observed_band(KD): 40kD
Human_gene_id: 59284
Human_swiss_prot_no: P62955
Subcellular_location: Cell membrane ; Multi-pass membrane protein .
Other_name: CACNG7; Voltage-dependent calcium channel gamma-7 subunit; Neuronal voltage-gated calcium channel gamma-7 subunit; Transmembrane AMPAR regulatory protein gamma-7; TARP gamma-7
Background: calcium voltage-gated channel auxiliary subunit gamma 7(CACNG7) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene is a type II transmembrane AMPA receptor regulatory protein (TARP). TARPs regulate both trafficking and channel gating of the AMPA receptors. This gene is part of a functionally diverse eight-member protein subfamily of the PMP-22/EMP/MP20 family and is located in a cluster with two family members, a type I TARP and a calcium channel gamma subunit.
