Applications: WB;IF;ELISA
Reactivity: Human;Mouse;Rat
Source: Rabbit
Dilution: Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. Immunofluorescence: 1/200 - 1/1000. ELISA: 1/20000. Not yet tested in other applications.
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human NFIL3. AA range:61-110
Storage_stability: -20°C/1 year
Clonality: Polyclonal
Isotype: IgG
Concentration: 1 mg/ml
Observed_band(KD): 51kD
Human_gene_id: 4783
Human_swiss_prot_no: Q16649
Subcellular_location: Nucleus .
Other_name: NFIL3; E4BP4; IL3BP1; Nuclear factor interleukin-3-regulated protein; E4 promoter-binding protein 4; Interleukin-3 promoter transcriptional activator; Interleukin-3-binding protein 1; Transcriptional activator NF-IL3A
Background: The protein encoded by this gene is a transcriptional regulator that binds as a homodimer to activating transcription factor (ATF) sites in many cellular and viral promoters. The encoded protein represses PER1 and PER2 expression and therefore plays a role in the regulation of circadian rhythm. Three transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Feb 2014],
