Applications: WB;IHC;IF;ELISA
Reactivity: Human;Mouse;Rat
Source: Rabbit
Dilution: Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/100 - 1/300. ELISA: 1/20000. Not yet tested in other applications.
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human CRP1. AA range:51-100
Storage_stability: -20°C/1 year
Clonality: Polyclonal
Isotype: IgG
Concentration: 1 mg/ml
Observed_band(KD): 22kD
Human_gene_id: 1465
Human_swiss_prot_no: P21291
Subcellular_location: Nucleus .
Other_name: CSRP1; CSRP; CYRP; Cysteine and glycine-rich protein 1; Cysteine-rich protein 1; CRP; CRP1
Background: This gene encodes a member of the cysteine-rich protein (CSRP) family. This gene family includes a group of LIM domain proteins, which may be involved in regulatory processes important for development and cellular differentiation. The LIM/double zinc-finger motif found in this gene product occurs in proteins with critical functions in gene regulation, cell growth, and somatic differentiation. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2010],
