Applications: WB
Reactivity: Human; Mouse
Source: Rabbit
Dilution: WB 1:500-2000
Immunogen: Synthesized peptide derived from human I5P2 AA range: 292-342
Storage_stability: -20°C/1 year
Clonality: Polyclonal
Isotype: IgG
Concentration: 1 mg/ml
Human_gene_id: 3633
Human_swiss_prot_no: P32019
Subcellular_location: Cytoplasm, cytosol . Endoplasmic reticulum-Golgi intermediate compartment . Early endosome membrane . Membrane ; Peripheral membrane protein ; Cytoplasmic side . Cytoplasmic vesicle, phagosome membrane . Golgi apparatus .
Background: This gene encodes a member of a family of inositol polyphosphate-5-phosphatases. These enzymes function in the regulation of calcium signaling by inactivating inositol phosphates. The encoded protein is localized to the cytosol and mitochondria, and associates with membranes through an isoprenyl modification near the C-terminus. Alternatively spliced transcript variants of this gene have been described. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2014],
