Applications: WB;ELISA;IHC
Reactivity: Human; Mouse;Rat
Source: Rabbit
Dilution: WB 1:500-2000;IHC-p 1:50-300; ELISA 2000-20000
Immunogen: Synthesized peptide derived from human STXB2 AA range: 392-442
Storage_stability: -20°C/1 year
Clonality: Polyclonal
Isotype: IgG
Concentration: 1 mg/ml
Human_gene_id: 6813
Human_swiss_prot_no: Q15833
Subcellular_location: cytosol,plasma membrane,integral component of membrane,apical plasma membrane,SNARE complex,specific granule,azurophil granule,zymogen granule membrane,cytolytic granule,extracellular exosome,tertiary granule,
Background: This gene encodes a member of the STXBP/unc-18/SEC1 family. The encoded protein is involved in intracellular trafficking, control of SNARE (soluble NSF attachment protein receptor) complex assembly, and the release of cytotoxic granules by natural killer cells. Mutations in this gene are associated with familial hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been noted for this gene.
