Applications: WB;ELISA;IHC
Reactivity: Human; Mouse;Rat
Source: Rabbit
Dilution: WB 1:500-2000;IHC-p 1:50-300; ELISA 2000-20000
Immunogen: Synthesized peptide derived from human TM165 AA range: 68-118
Storage_stability: -20°C/1 year
Clonality: Polyclonal
Isotype: IgG
Concentration: 1 mg/ml
Human_gene_id: 55858
Human_swiss_prot_no: Q9HC07
Subcellular_location: Golgi apparatus membrane ; Multi-pass membrane protein . Golgi apparatus, trans-Golgi network membrane. Lysosome membrane. Early endosome membrane. Late endosome membrane.
Background: This gene encodes a predicted transmembrane protein with a perinuclear Golgi-like distribution in fibroblasts. Mutations in this gene are associated with the autosomal recessive disorder congenital disorder of glycosylation, type IIk. Knockdown of this gene's expression causes decreased sialylation in HEK cells and suggests this gene plays a role in terminal Golgi glycosylation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2012],
