Applications: WB;ELISA
Reactivity: Human;Mouse
Source: Rabbit
Dilution: WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000
Immunogen: Synthesized peptide derived from part region of human protein AA range: 286-336
Storage_stability: -20°C/1 year
Clonality: Polyclonal
Isotype: IgG
Concentration: 1 mg/ml
Observed_band(KD): 40kD
Human_gene_id: 51225
Human_swiss_prot_no: Q9P2A4
Subcellular_location: Cytoplasm . Colocalizes with PAK2 at leading edge of cells.
Background: This gene encodes a member of an adaptor protein family. Members of this family encode proteins containing a homeobox homology domain, proline rich region and Src-homology 3 (SH3) domain, and are components of the Abi/WAVE complex which regulates actin polymerization. The encoded protein inhibits ectopic metastasis of tumor cells as well as cell migration. This may be accomplished through interaction with p21-activated kinase. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2013],
