| Description | DXX12001(2G8) reacts with 1,3 ß- glucan from Candida albicans, Aspergillus fumigatus and Criptococcus Neoformans and occasionally with ß(1, 6)-linked branching of a single glucosyl residue. DXX12001(2G8) has been shown to be effective in multiple models of fungal diseases including vaginal and systemic Candida infection, invasive Aspergillosis and Criptococcus Neoformans. |
