Besides, Heterogeneous Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein A1 (HNRPA1) has been identified as an interactor of CIRBP, thus a binding ELISA assay was conducted to detect the interaction of recombinant mouse CIRBP and recombinant mouse HNRPA1. Briefly, CIRBP were diluted serially in PBS, with 0.01% BSA (pH 7.4). Duplicate samples of 100μL were then transferred to HNRPA1-coated microtiter wells and incubated for 2h at 37℃. Wells were washed with PBST and incubated for 1h with anti-CIRBP pAb, then aspirated and washed 3 times. After incubation with HRP labelled secondary antibody, wells were aspirated and washed 3 times. With the addition of substrate solution, wells were incubated 15-25 minutes at 37℃. Finally, add 50µL stop solution to the wells and read at 450nm immediately. The binding activity of CIRBP and HNRPA1 was shown in Figure 1, and this effect was in a dose dependent manner.
Figure. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Magazine

Citations

J Cell Mol Med

Normothermic machine perfusion attenuates hepatic ischaemia‐reperfusion injury by inhibiting CIRP‐mediated oxidative stress and mitochondrial fission 34786826

Catalog No.

Related products for research use of Mus musculus (Mouse) Organism species

Applications (RESEARCH USE ONLY!)

APG886Mu01

Active Cold Inducible RNA Binding Protein (CIRBP)

Cell culture; Activity Assays.

RPG886Mu01

Recombinant Cold Inducible RNA Binding Protein (CIRBP)

Positive Control; Immunogen; SDS-PAGE; WB.

SEG886Mu

ELISA Kit for Cold Inducible RNA Binding Protein (CIRBP)

Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for Antigen Detection.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0590/5652/1400/products/NP_076950fa-afc4-4b22-ae99-57e1eabb068a.jpg?v=1705970649
