This gene encodes a secreted protein and member of the ADAMTS (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motif) family. This protein lacks the metalloproteinase and disintegrin-like domains, which are typical of the ADAMTS family, but contains other ADAMTS domains, including the thrombospondin type 1 motif. This protein may have important functions in the extracellular matrix. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding distinct proteins.

The ATL1 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and reliable tool designed for the detection and analysis of Atlastin-1 (ATL1) protein expression in various biological samples. This antibody has been extensively validated for its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results.

ATL1, also known as SPG3A, is a member of the dynamin-like GTPase family and plays a crucial role in the regulation of endoplasmic reticulum (ER) morphology and dynamics. Mutations in the ATL1 gene have been associated with hereditary spastic paraplegia type 3A (SPG3A), a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by progressive lower limb weakness and spasticity.

The ATL1 Polyclonal Antibody has been produced using high-quality immunogens and advanced immunization techniques, resulting in a highly specific antibody with minimal cross-reactivity. It has been rigorously tested and validated for various applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence.

With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, the ATL1 Polyclonal Antibody enables accurate detection and quantification of ATL1 protein expression in a wide range of samples, including cell lysates, tissue homogenates, and cultured cells. Its versatility and reliability make it an ideal tool for researchers studying the role of ATL1 in ER dynamics and its implications in neurodegenerative diseases.

Order the ATL1 Polyclonal Antibody today and enhance your research capabilities with this highly specific and reliable tool.
