It belongs to the intercrine alpha family (small cytokine c-x-c) (chemokine cxc).Rat CINC2 beta (Cytokine Induced Neutrophil Chemoattractant 2 beta) is a member of the CXC subfamily of chemokines which also includes three other rat CXC chemokines (CINC1, CINC2 alpha, CINC3\/MIP2). The rat chemokines CINC show sequence similarity to human GROs and mouse MIP2 but not IL8. Mature CINC2 beta shares 63% amino acid sequence identity with CINC1 and 80% identity to CINC3. Rat CINC2 beta cDNA encodes a 68 amino acid residue protein. The mature recombinant protein has a predicted molecular mass of approximately 7.6 kDa. Based on sequence homology, it has been suggested that CINCs are the rat counterpart of the human GROs.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"ABCbiolab","offers":[{"title":"100ul \/ Rabbit \/ Human","offer_id":45803409277208,"sku":"ABCBW01533","price":325.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0590\/5652\/1400\/products\/758-7580448_monoclonal-antibody-png-transparent-png_d6f0a08b-e2ad-4fd6-8ef5-20c55f9f1188.png?v=1689735211","url":"https:\/\/danabiosci.com\/products\/new-product-273443","provider":"Dana Bioscience","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
