{"product_id":"new-product-273314","title":"Cadherin-8 (A519) polyclonal antibody","description":"\u003cp\u003eThe cadherins are a family of Ca++-dependent adhesion molecules that function to mediate cell-cell binding critical to the maintenance of tissue structure and morphogenesis. Cadherins each contain a large extracellular domain at the amino terminus, which is characterized by a series of five homologous repeats, the most distal of which is thought to be responsible for binding specificity. The relatively short carboxy terminal, intracellular domain interacts with a variety of cytoplasmic proteins, including β-catenin, to regulate cadherin function. Cadherin-8 expression has been seen in mouse thymus tissue as well as in specific subdivisions of the developing central nervous system. It plays a potential role in brain morphology.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"ABCbiolab","offers":[{"title":"100ul \/ Rabbit \/ Human,Mouse,Rat","offer_id":45803367989528,"sku":"ABCBW01404","price":325.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0590\/5652\/1400\/products\/758-7580448_monoclonal-antibody-png-transparent-png_891235ff-0089-43ee-bcdb-f311c30ba421.png?v=1689734882","url":"https:\/\/danabiosci.com\/products\/new-product-273314","provider":"Dana Bioscience","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
