{"product_id":"new-product-272518","title":"HYD (T14) polyclonal antibody","description":"\u003cp\u003eEDD (for E3 identified by Differential Display) is a progestin-regulated gene that was isolated from T-47D human breast cancer cells. Based on sequence homology, EDD appears to be a human homolog of the Drosophila hyperplastic discs (hyd) gene, a tumor suppressor gene that is required for control of imaginal disc growth. EDD contains a HECT domain in the carboxy terminus. HECT domain-containing proteins function as ubiquitin-protein ligases, or E3 enzymes. EDD has been shown to bind to ubiquitin, and like other HECT family proteins, may function as an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"ABCbiolab","offers":[{"title":"100ul \/ Rabbit \/ Human,Mouse,Rat","offer_id":45803189469464,"sku":"ABCBW00608","price":325.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0590\/5652\/1400\/products\/758-7580448_monoclonal-antibody-png-transparent-png_8f79de91-4738-4c9d-9640-b1f8e762fe69.png?v=1689732888","url":"https:\/\/danabiosci.com\/products\/new-product-272518","provider":"Dana Bioscience","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
