A monoclonal antibody specific to High Sensitive N-Terminal Pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide (NT-ProBNP) has been pre-coated onto a microplate. A competitive inhibition reaction is launched between biotin labeled High Sensitive N-Terminal Pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide (NT-ProBNP) and unlabeled High Sensitive N-Terminal Pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide (NT-ProBNP) (Standards or samples) with the pre-coated antibody specific to High Sensitive N-Terminal Pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide (NT-ProBNP). After incubation the unbound conjugate is washed off. Next, avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. The amount of bound HRP conjugate is reverse proportional to the concentration of High Sensitive N-Terminal Pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide (NT-ProBNP) in the sample. After addition of the substrate solution, the intensity of color developed is reverse proportional to the concentration of High Sensitive N-Terminal Pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide (NT-ProBNP) in the sample.

Alternative Names

NT-Pro-BNP; ; N-BNP

Item Name

N-Terminal Pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide

Research Area

Endocrinology;Cardiovascular biology;

Reference

Potential Effects of CXCL9 and CCL20 on Cardiac Fibrosis in Patients with Myocardial Infarction and Isoproterenol-Treated Rats;

ABCbiolab
96T / The minimum detectable dose of this kit is typically less than 9.17pg/mL / Rattus norvegicus (Rat)
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0590/5652/1400/products/74120318_padded_logo_46581622-d04a-4161-bfda-2e1958ceae37.png?v=1644864284
https://danabiosci.com/products/high-sensitive-elisa-kit-for-n-terminal-pro-brain-natriuretic-peptide-nt-probnp-abcc23929
