{"product_id":"f54648-0-4ml","title":"COX7A2L Antibody","description":"\u003cp\u003eCytochrome c oxidase (COX), the terminal component of the mitochondrial respiratory chain, catalyzes the electron transfer from reduced cytochrome c to oxygen. This component is a heteromeric complex consisting of 3 catalytic subunits encoded by mitochondrial genes and multiple structural subunits encoded by nuclear genes. The mitochondrially-encoded subunits function in electron transfer, and the nuclear-encoded subunits may function in the regulation and assembly of the complex. This nuclear gene encodes a protein similar to polypeptides 1 and 2 of subunit VIIa in the C-terminal region, and also highly similar to the mouse Sig81 protein sequence. This gene is expressed in all tissues, and upregulated in a breast cancer cell line after estrogen treatment. It is possible that this gene represents a regulatory subunit of COX and mediates the higher level of energy production in target cells by estrogen.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"NSJ Bioreagents","offers":[{"title":"0.4 ml \/ Rabbit","offer_id":49477087822104,"sku":"F54648-0.4ML","price":429.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0590\/5652\/1400\/files\/get_image_05518ac1-2fef-40b5-b623-74fa42e7bf75.jpg?v=1734489842","url":"https:\/\/danabiosci.com\/products\/f54648-0-4ml","provider":"Dana Bioscience","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
