Product Specification
The kit contains the antibody and buffers required for detection of the poly-rA:poly-BrdU hybrid strand polymerized using Exazym® Polymerase Reaction Kit. Please note that the kit does not contain the final detection reagents, for example, Streptavidin-HRP and the appropriate substrate system or the reagents required for an alternative detection modality.
Components
- 1 vial 5 µg in [10] µl Exazym® Antibody Biotin (biotin-conjugated mouse anti-bromodeoxyuridine monoclonal antibody)
- 1 vial 12 ml Exazym® Antibody Dilution Buffer
- 1 tablet Exazym® Wash Buffer (to be reconstituted in 1000 ml deionized water)

- Exazym® Antibody Biotin is stored at +4°C.
- Exazym® Antibody Dilution Buffer is stored at + 2-8°C / + 4°C.
- Exazym® Wash Buffer is stored in a dry place at ambient temperature as a tablet. When reconstituted Exazym® Wash Buffer is stored at +4°C.
Shelf life
18 months from date of manufacture. Please refer to the secondary packing label for the manufacturing date.
