It is known to play an important role in the maturation of T cell populations through activation of antigen presenting cells. TSLP induces the release of T-cell-attracting chemokines from monocytes and, in particular, enhances the maturation of CD11c+ dendritic cells. It can induce allergic inflammation by directly activating mast cells. TSLP is produced mainly by non-hematopoietic cells such as fibroblasts, epithelial cells and different types of stromal or stromal-like cells. These cells are located in regions where TSLP activity is required.","brand":"ELK Biotechnology","offers":[{"title":"10ug","offer_id":50413835288856,"sku":"EPT093","price":139.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0590\/5652\/1400\/files\/ELK_2b2ab3c1-f6c1-451f-b0b2-58b9426d4e6f.jpg?v=1751163720","url":"https:\/\/danabiosci.com\/products\/ept093","provider":"Dana Bioscience","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
