It is the ligand for two different proteins on the T cell surface: CD28 and CTLA-4. Studies have shown that CTLA-4 binds mostly to CD80. The structure presents two extracellular domains: a membrane distal variable-like domain (IgV) and a membrane proximal Ig constant-like domain (IgC) along with an intracellular domain. Both IgV and IgC consist of anti-parallel beta sandwiches joined by a short linker region. CD80 is mostly expressed on the surface of antigen-presenting cells including activated B cells, macrophages and dendritic cells.","brand":"ELK Biotechnology","offers":[{"title":"10ug","offer_id":50413833191704,"sku":"EPT046","price":99.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0590\/5652\/1400\/files\/ELK_efbaf52d-8734-4f12-81c3-af76e038bedd.jpg?v=1751163572","url":"https:\/\/danabiosci.com\/products\/ept046","provider":"Dana Bioscience","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
