These ATP-dependent enzymes phosphorylate the 3'-hydroxyl of a variety of aminoglycosides including kanamycins, neomycins, paromomycins, neamine, ribostamycin, geneticin, and paromamine. These phosphorylated aminoglycosides fail to bind to their respective ribosomal binding sites with high affinity; hence resistance is conferred to the drugs that are phosphorylated. APH(3') is primarily found in certain species of gram-positive bacteria.","brand":"ELK Biotechnology","offers":[{"title":"50ug","offer_id":50413831487768,"sku":"EPT008","price":589.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0590\/5652\/1400\/files\/ELK_e7c3aaad-6195-4f70-82b8-e44e839e3aab.jpg?v=1751163455","url":"https:\/\/danabiosci.com\/products\/ept008","provider":"Dana Bioscience","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
