The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human F-C. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Human F-C. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Human F-C, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Human F-C in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.","brand":"ELK Biotechnology","offers":[{"title":"96T","offer_id":50410773872920,"sku":"ELK9965","price":558.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0590\/5652\/1400\/files\/ELK_702af6fe-5ee3-4c31-a27f-ebb1d2314ee3.jpg?v=1751056116","url":"https:\/\/danabiosci.com\/products\/elk9965","provider":"Dana Bioscience","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
