The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Dog Cor protein. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Dog Cor. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Dog Cor in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.","brand":"ELK Biotechnology","offers":[{"title":"96T","offer_id":50410638344472,"sku":"ELK8688","price":476.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0590\/5652\/1400\/files\/ELK_2e32df11-f7e1-4316-a2bd-34cc38c210ef.jpg?v=1751052616","url":"https:\/\/danabiosci.com\/products\/elk8688","provider":"Dana Bioscience","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
