The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Ephrin Type A Receptor 3 (EPHA3). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Ephrin Type A Receptor 3 (EPHA3). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Ephrin Type A Receptor 3 (EPHA3), biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Ephrin Type A Receptor 3 (EPHA3) in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Alternative Names

ETK; ETK1; HEK; HEK4; TYRO4; Human embryo kinase; Tyrosine-protein kinase receptor ETK1

Item Name

Ephrin Type A Receptor 3

Research Area

Neuro science;

Reference

The Influence of BMX Gene Polymorphisms on Clinical Symptoms after Mild Traumatic Brain Injury;

ABCbiolab
96T / The minimum detectable dose of this kit is typically less than 0.113ng/mL / Homo sapiens (Human)
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0590/5652/1400/products/74120318_padded_logo_0ebfa77d-6c4f-47c8-868c-09a5a74a98d5.png?v=1644868919
