The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Dopamine Receptor D1 (DRD1). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Dopamine Receptor D1 (DRD1). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Dopamine Receptor D1 (DRD1), biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Dopamine Receptor D1 (DRD1) in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Alternative Names

DR-D1; D1R; DADR; DRD1A

Item Name

Dopamine Receptor D1

Research Area

Signal transduction;Cardiovascular biology;Neuro science;Hormone metabolism;

Reference

Distinct patterns of outcome valuation and amygdala-prefrontal cortex synaptic remodeling in adolescence and adulthood;Sex differences, learning flexibility, and striatal dopamine D1 and D2 following adolescent drug exposure in rats;

ABCbiolab
96T / The minimum detectable dose of this kit is typically less than 0.064ng/mL / Rattus norvegicus (Rat)
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0590/5652/1400/products/74120318_padded_logo_761f90b5-88c7-4443-987f-bb5a7dafdaa6.png?v=1644867463
