The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to HLA Class II Histocompatibility Antigen, DRB1 Beta Chain (HLA-DRB1). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to HLA Class II Histocompatibility Antigen, DRB1 Beta Chain (HLA-DRB1). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain HLA Class II Histocompatibility Antigen, DRB1 Beta Chain (HLA-DRB1), biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of HLA Class II Histocompatibility Antigen, DRB1 Beta Chain (HLA-DRB1) in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Alternative Names

HLA-DRB1; MHCDRb1; HLADRb1; Major Histocompatibility Complex Class II DR Beta 1; HLA Class II Histocompatibility Antigen,DRB1-9 Beta Chain; HLA class II histocompatibility antigen, DRB1-15 beta chain

Item Name

HLA Class II Histocompatibility Antigen, DRB1 Beta Chain

Research Area

Tumor immunity;Infection immunity;Immune molecule;Immunodeficiency;Autoimmunity;

Reference

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0590/5652/1400/products/74120318_padded_logo_f7f6a01c-3233-41ea-8d8d-8f90def1cfb8.png?v=1644866778
