A monoclonal antibody specific to D-Dimer (D2D) has been pre-coated onto a microplate. A competitive inhibition reaction is launched between biotin labeled D-Dimer (D2D) and unlabeled D-Dimer (D2D) (Standards or samples) with the pre-coated antibody specific to D-Dimer (D2D). After incubation the unbound conjugate is washed off. Next, avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. The amount of bound HRP conjugate is reverse proportional to the concentration of D-Dimer (D2D) in the sample. After addition of the substrate solution, the intensity of color developed is reverse proportional to the concentration of D-Dimer (D2D) in the sample.

Alternative Names

D 2 Dimer

Item Name

D-Dimer

Research Area

Hematology;Cardiovascular biology;

Reference

Impact of β-Adrenoceptor Blockade on Systemic Inflammation and Coagulation Disturbances in Rats with Acute Traumatic Coagulopathy;Procoagulant and Fibrinolytic Activity after Polytrauma in Rat;Upregulation of canonical transient receptor potential channel in the pulmonary arterial smooth muscle of a chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension rat model;Guided longer pulses from a diagnostic ultrasound and intraclot microbubble enhanced catheter-directed thrombolysis in vivo.;Experimental Evaluation of a New Tissue Factor-Based Topical Hemostat (TT-173) for Treatment of Hepatic Bleeding;

ABCbiolab
96T / The minimum detectable dose of this kit is typically less than 47.7pg/mL / Rattus norvegicus (Rat)
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0590/5652/1400/products/74120318_padded_logo_0ae0816d-c737-4a84-9093-26143f463e95.png?v=1644866742
