Cytokine in immunology

Cytokine is a low molecular weight soluble protein produced by various cells induced by immunogens, mitogens or other stimulants. It has many functions such as regulating innate immunity and adaptive immunity, blood cell production, cell growth and repair of damaged tissue.
All interleukins, interferons, tumor necrosis factors, hematopoietic factors, growth factors, chemokines, etc. are collectively referred to as cytokines.
There are relevant indicators:IL-2、IL-3、IL-4、IL-5、IL-6、EPO、CSF、TGF-β1、GF、MIP-1β、IFN-γ、TNF-β、GM-CSF etc.
ELK Biotechnology provides thousands of cytokine-related ELISA kits, including conventional sandwich methods and competition methods, as well as one-step methods.
ELISA kits cover more than 20 species, including Human, Rat, Mouse, Rabbit, Pig, Cattle, Goat, Sheep, Guinea Pig, Chicken, Zebrafish.
Applicable samples include:Serum,Plasma,Tissue homogenates ,Cell lysates ,Urine,Saliva ,Feces,Cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids,Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)
